Here the coffee served is known as slow coffee because at this Euro-style café they will roast their own beans for its café, which is in Fort Worth and also in another location in Grapevine.

3. Cultivar coffee

This coffee bar of east Dallas is from baristas/roasters of Jonathan Meadows and Nathan Shelton that features beans roasted onsite.

4. Ascension coffee

This new Design District favorite also serves a few gorgeous coffees, from single-origin espresso to many different manual brews, with beans obtained from its partner roaster Eiland. During the night they also serve as a wine bar.

San Antonio

They opened their 2 shops in 2009 named Stone Oak and Alamo Heights and they get beans from Texas’ own Cuvée Coffee, and also a few out-of-state roasters such as  MadCap, Verve, and Counter Culture.

2. Frolic and detour

This coffee shop of Southtown is tucked into the upper level of one restaurant called Liberty Bar, but the espresso is sourced from Cuvée Coffee, which is outside of Austin that is worth the trek. You can pair it with a few slices of house-baked pie.
